OK — back to those two AI prompts…

They’ve helped me dodge countless run-ins with the monster known as creative block.

Harsh truth:

When most people ask ChatGPT for “content ideas,”

They get back the same generic, lukewarm soup everyone else is sipping.

Stuff you've seen a hundred times before.

Why?

Because ChatGPT’s not a mind-reader.

It doesn’t know your audience’s fears, desires, and beliefs — unless you teach it how to dig.

That’s why the real game isn’t just “prompting for ideas.”

It’s building repeatable frameworks — little thinking systems the AI can use to find content angles that hit.

Think of ChatGPT like a junior researcher.

It’s fast, tireless, and can surface anything…

But only if you give it the right questions to ask.

Here are two frameworks I use constantly, with AI prompts to do the hard work for you.

⚡️ FYI: The Pro versions of these AI prompts — with added nuance and smarter output — just dropped in the Creator’s Pro Prompt Vault.

1. The 5W1H Framework

A go-to for uncovering fresh angles on broad topics — especially in saturated niches.

It breaks a topic down using six question types:

Who, What, When, Where, Why, How.

Each one unlocks a new lens, a different audience pain, and a unique set of content ideas.

Try this prompt:

Fill in your niche, audience, and a broad topic — then paste into ChatGPT to get 15 content ideas using the 5W1H method:

“I'm a content creator in the [insert niche] niche, targeting [insert audience].

Please generate 15 content ideas using the 5W1H framework, focused on the topic of [insert broad topic].

Keep the ideas concise and varied. At the end, ask if I’d like to explore any further.”

2. The TEMM Framework

A killer when you want content ideas that speak to real pain points.

TEMM stands for:

Time, Effort, Money, Mindset.

These are the four levers behind nearly every hesitation, struggle, or barrier your audience has.

Try this prompt:

Fill in your niche and audience — then paste into ChatGPT to get 12 content ideas using the TEMM Framework:

“I'm a content creator in the [insert niche] niche, targeting [insert audience].

I want to create content using the TEMM Framework — Time, Effort, Money, and Mindset — to generate ideas that speak to common frustrations.

Please generate 12 content ideas total, with 3 ideas per category (Time, Effort, Money, Mindset).”
