A heated argument

Back when I first decided to give selling with email a proper shot, writing even just one felt weirdly chaotic.

What drained me was the constant argument in my head.

“Does this email need more info so it feels worth their time?”

“Should I add a banner so this looks more legit?”

“Is it too soon to pitch again…am I meant to nurture longer?”

“What if people unsubscribe because I emailed twice this week?”

That back-and-forth lasted longer than the writing itself.

Getting to the send button felt like a marathon.

That “email doom loop” is where most people quietly decide email doesn’t work for them.

So I eventually stopped trying to make each email perfect and started following a dead-simple structure instead.

One hook → One story → One offer.

Those emails run inside a repeatable 30-day schedule, which removes timing stress and decision fatigue completely.

I know exactly what to send and when to send it.

With the thinking already done, AI then cuts my writing time down to less than 1hr/week.

Sending feels calm and sales show up without drama.

In February, I’m helping a small group install this same 3-part email sales system for themselves.

Early bird spots open January 21…and the price will go up (by a lot) on January 23.

(A few video testimonials for you to peep at there too).

Cheers,

Dil
