This AI prompt will make your audience think you're a mind reader

Heya, Dil here.

⚡ Heads-up: In November, I’m helping a small group of coaches, consultants, course creators, and service providers build a 3-part, AI-powered email sales system that turns even a small list into a daily sales engine. Doors opening soon…and spots will be limited.

I’ve made a quick video showing how the 3 parts of the system work. Watch it here (+ join the waitlist in 1-click)

OK.

Today, I’ve got a super easy AI prompt that’ll make your audience think you’re reading their minds.

Some of the best content ideas are sitting in plain sight:

Comments.

DMs.

Even the replies on your competitors’ feed.

Inside those snippets are the exact emotions, pain points, and mental friction your audience is trying to solve.

If you can name those things clearly — and build content around them — you’ll sound like you’re literally inside their heads.

💬 The “Audience Cheat Code” Prompt

What it’s for: Mining your audience’s raw words to uncover hidden pain points, emotional triggers, and “jobs to be done”...then turning them into 20 content ideas that hit.

How to use it: Collect 5–10 anonymized snippets (no names). These could be:

  • Comments on your posts or videos

  • DMs, emails

  • Even comments from a competitor’s audience

Remove any names or personal details, then paste them into ChatGPT with this prompt:

I’m a content creator in the [insert niche] niche and my target audience is [insert audience].

I want help analyzing audience replies and messages to pull out valuable insights I can use across my content, offers, and products.

Here are some anonymized audience comments/messages:

[Paste 5–10 anonymized comments, DMs, or competitor audience messages here]

Please help me:

– Identify recurring themes, pain points, and emotional triggers

– Surface any “invisible” jobs to be done that these people are trying to solve

– Generate 20 content topic ideas based on this analysis that feel emotionally resonant, specific, and useful to my audience

The clearest way to create content that resonates is to stop guessing and start listening.

Your audience is already telling you what they care about.

You just need to use it.

Until next time,

Dil
