ChatGPT Prompt: Instant FAQ For Your Business

You know what sucks?

Getting asked the same questions over and over again. As your business/audience grows, it's inevitable.

Here's what you do:

• Take all of the questions

• Take all of your answers

• Use ChatGPT to convert them into a solid FAQ

Here's the ChatGPT prompt to do it:

Quick note - as always, avoid inputting any confidential information into ChatGPT.

The Prompt Template 🤖:

"Please create an FAQ section for my [insert your business/publication] based on common [customer/reader/viewer] questions. 

I will provide you with a list of questions and the answers I gave them. 

The goal is for you, ChatGPT, to spot common questions and to use my answers to formulate a well-structured FAQ section. 

Please categorize the questions by themes you detect. Here Is the question and answer data I want you to analyze:

[Copy and paste list of questions + answers]”

Here's an example of the type of FAQ ChatGPT will generate based on this prompt.

As you can see, it categorizes the questions by theme.

When you've got a huge number of questions and answers to sift through, this process could take days to do manually.

With this prompt, you still do have to go through the process of collecting the questions and answers.

But the analysis and presentation are handled by ChatGPT.

Whether you're a blogger, a YouTuber, a SAAS founder, or a brick-and-mortar business owner, having a great FAQ document is crucial.

It could save hundreds if not thousands of hours over the years.

It'll allow you can delegate customer service so you can focus elsewhere.
